HR & PR Team
Our HR & PR team work together to help improve company processes. HR staff is the link between our employees and the company. They handle questions and problems, brief employees on benefits, help set and enforce organizational policies, and handle both hiring and job terminations. This team is integral to employee satisfaction; it enforces policies equally, mediates disputes, and circumvents potential problems.PR work is about relationships and image. PR personnel handle media relations, including writing and disseminating press releases, scheduling media interviews, and pitching story ideas. PR personnel also develop internal communications to keep employees aware of activities and foster positive morale.
Our Logistics team oversees the operations when it comes to clients logistical day to day business. Anything from sourcing materials, to mainstreaming process and helping with there day to day operations.
Event Management Team
The marketing team plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of our clients. It serves as the face of our client's company, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business. It is the Marketing team's job to reach out to prospects, customers, investors, and/or the community while creating an overarching image that represents clients' company in a positive light.
It assists in the implementation of the Group strategy and in operational management. The Executive Management Team is responsible for managing the Company’s core business operations as a whole, which requires planning of various development processes, Group principles, and Group practices, as well as monitoring the development of financial matters and Group business plans.
